Are zombies immortal?
Hello, I killed some zombies but after a while, they seem to wake up again. How come? Also, is the head the place to target? Usually it takes about 3 to 4 shots to kill them.

Zombies are not immortal, but they have a lot of health.
If you shoot em and they "pass out", they're just sleeping, waiting for you to get close again.
If you wanna check if they are dead, get the knife and see if they react to getting slashed

I was wondering what the deal is. There doesn't seem to be enough bullets.

Yeah, I did try the demo out and have to agree, you don't get enough at all, yet the knife does no damage to the zombies, you have no health items?
