Might it be possible to add a battle cruiser, battleship and dreadnought hull to the ships. Also please make the AI have to declare war if its going to bombard the players planets since I am forced to declare war when I bombard the AI. On a side note and this may be a bit controversial but it would be nice to add the ability to refit ships.

Refitting would be nice, I guess - I would do that sometimes in MoO2 - but it doesn't seem like a major benefit. There are many other things that would be a better use of scarce dev time.

I'm surprised that you're feeling limited by hull sizes. Cruisers (or whatever the fourth size is) are already enormously expensive. How many years into the game are you, and how high is your tech level, that this is a serious request?

BTW, I haven't looked, but I would be entirely unsurprised to see that you can add hull sizes simply by editing the data files. Did you check that yet?
