Thanks for the response, i made a post because I have the same issue (except I can’t find a way to adjust settings at all on my desktop). I guess this one is going in the backlog indefinitely because I can’t play it in the way it’s currently set and can’t figure out how to reset the config file to its default state. Ive deleted it and manually edited it, it still has all graphics settings locked in a way that makes the game unplayable. Shame.
I doubt it applies to your situation, but I fixed my issue ultimately. The problem was really that I started the game on a 16:9 machine/display and when switching to my primary desktop with an ultrawide aspect ratio, it was stretching the 16:9 image across a 21:9 monitor, which messed up the UI elements, if I clicked on them with my mouse, it wouldn’t register the input. I ultimately fixed it by going back to my Steam Deck and changing to full screen and setting the resolution to 1080x2560, which then allowed it work properly on my desktop. This game definitely has issues with its display settings and how they get saved, especially across multiple machines.
