Generally, I think you want a bit more space between her than most other enemies in the game. This helps time your reactions then get in your attacks when able. If she's close you have a lot less time to react to some of her attacks which makes hit harder to dodge stuff like the Drain/Shockwave so if you feel too much pressure then use Slow to get out of there. Get in a few hits at the end of each of her attack animations and don't get greedy while doing so (or she'll hit you back and you can get stun locked if you're in a corner of the arena - so, stay out of those also).
She was the hardest part of the game for me and it took maybe 30 minutes of trying and learning the patterns but I was also trying to power through early in the morning and wrap up the game and not use any guides (this was all on Jedi Master difficulty). If all else fails watch a guide and turn the difficulty down.
