Level 1 and 2 really needed Gun Turrets to cover the canyon/flanks but I didn't manipulate the terrain enough on the other levels to make better use of the Gun Turrets. It's one of my priorities for the Advanced Levels. I don't want to spoil anything, but you will make good use of the Gun Sentries on that level... and not always because of the terrain... :)
You finished the Prototype Max Test Level! Good for you! I designed it to be near impossible at first but when I implemented the Shield System on that level it made a huge impact in not taking so much damage from stray rounds. I like this result because it will allow me to make more challenging levels without the player feeling like they took too much damage undeservedly.
Also the Heal Me feature helps as well I'm sure.
The first Advanced Level is taking me a bit more time than subsequent Advanced Levels because I'm building in quite more advanced systems into the game play and that particular level. I'm super excited to try and challenge the Advanced players who were able to finish the game.
I need to continue this game towards it's full potential, which I hope will be years of continuous improvements and new levels.
