anybody knows if the developers already Give up on this Game? Give the absolute lack of recent content it would sadden me to find out they did indeed quit the game

I've read that the official way to play Mahou Arms uncensored is with their external launcher, meaning that any reviews using it won't have their true playtime recorded. Given that most reviews have under 2 hours of playtime, I figure they're all using the external launcher. In the game's current state how long does it take to beat? Is there much difference between a casual and a 100% run?...
