Also look at other ecchi anime like High school dxd series, that anime has uncensored nipples/nudity, why not for this?!

Those tags are put there by players.
Don't trust them.
THey put the nudity tag on the freaking newest Altier alchemy game for no reason. :P

There are more tags related to eroges. Such as "NSFW".

If you don't believe me, look for Kagura Games (not Senran Kagura games, I mean the company named "Kagura Games"), these games are by default censored but with a H-patch offsite you can uncensor a game.

Have you actually looked at what the "nudity" tag get's applied to by users on steam. Yes it's USER based.

A woman has even a bit of cleavage showing "NUDITY" a women shows more skin then her damn ankle "NUDITY" Game contains no actualy nudity or even sexual content but has a woman not in a full burka...NUDITY!

anime doesn't have the same standard for ratings/acceptance as games do even in Japan. Long as nipples aint showing they can generally avoid that AO rating even if it's the entire boob minus nipple.

You seem to be confused.
THere is no nudity and nothing censored in the first place in this game.
So, you are asking for a nude patch, not an uncensor patch.
What made you confused?

The game was made with the Unity engine, so it'll be easy to mod.
Now it just needs someone good enough with photoshop.

That's a little beyond my skills for certain. Never tried to photoshop anything.

Well, the easiest way would be to re-use nude assets from Senran Kaguran and adapt them.
