It's still an Early Access game, but hasn't been updated since 2020? It's Feb. 2023 now. Is the game "finished"? and if so, why is it still in Early Access? Is it still not good enough to be fully released?

I avoid Steam like the plague. Valve's usage policy and dubious subscription contract makes it unsuitable for our family. Which is really annoying when one of the kids sees a game they want and its only available of Steam. Far more annoying however is finding that devs did have a version on Itch which they no longer support....
