Ooooh this would be an awesome game mode. Remote salvage in other parts of the solar system.
Open beta sounds great. Count me in.
I'm gonna join the beta branch and try it out, but, can we please get different types of ships instead of gecko 1, gecko 2, gecko 3, gecko 4, etc. Id like ships that are different, different classes, look like they were designed by different people/companies, we just need more variety in general, as after cutting up your 10th gecko of any type, it gets old, and I've probably cut up at least 40 of them by now, and there's nothing beyond them, no amazing upgrades or other ship classes to look forward to.

In short, not many reasons to keep playing right now. But i'll check out this gecko v5 and see how it is, I'm hoping its amazing.
I am begging for you to make ships that look different. Everything is a gecko.
The technology to make curved surfaces was lost in the Great War
Add more music and make DLC for it :)
Devs should just release a tool to let the community make their own ships and give them a workshop to submit them on. Would be pretty fun to use, plus would give this game a lot more differentiated ships then just remakes on the same chassis.

Let's at least get the official ships bug free before we open the floodgates to a buggy as all hell ship editor.
This game could be so good in VR, do you think they might ever bring it to VR in the future?
I think EA launch hurt this title, because of the slow drip content of similar ships. I think if they had waited until more and varied ship types were available, the retention would've been a lot better in the long term, rather than a sharp initial playerbase with not many being retained after a while.

I personally still love the game and will keep coming back around updates, but I can see how waiting would've likely paid off better for them in the long run.
Ah, so it *was* a bug that made that "deactivated" fuel lines would still spring a leak and set the reactor on fire... Glad to hear I wasn't going insane haha :lunar2019grinningpig:
i am once again asking for the barge to be cleared between shifts, and have the colors change to a darker green in unoccupied sections to prevent me bouncing personal terminals into deep space :steamsalty:
How about: AI activates those arms and tries to salvage.... the cutter?? I mean in small pieces. Would be fun to fight against the ship.
