Outpost upgrades and ressources (Lumber Mill etc.)
So far I've discovered 7 ressources that can be seccured: 6 in Rithvale and 1 in Rolling Hill of Lerisea.

With those 7 ressources I've boosted the level 4 blacksmith upgrade to 350/400.
Is there an eighth ressource? And would it actually unlock the upgrade (essentially for free)?
Or would I still have to pay the gold and supplies?

If there isn't an eighth ressource or if boosting an upgrade does not remove the costs than this feature is pretty useless :-(

Do the Outpost Resource places really just give a one time boost to a chosen research and nothing else?

I had no idea that was a thing...it makes no sense to me that it should work that way. But perhaps it does.
