Constantly flickering mouse pointer and menu buttons
I cannot even select a button on the main menu without clicking multiple times (and hoping one of the clicks coincides with when the pointer is visible).

I suspect this is something to do with the HOTAS and MFDs I have connected - but there doesn't seem to be any way to stop this in game. Anyone have any ideas if there is a config file anywhere, where inputs can be disabled? And no, disconnecting or disabling the Joystick, throttle and 2 MFDs every time I want to play one particular game is not an option - this doesn't happen in any other game.

Your last part may be the laziest statement on the internet. You really can't take the 2 seconds to unplug a controller? Yeah no one is going to have any sympathy for you. Having a controller plugged in and interfering with a game is a common Steam issue.

Game controller support is made by detecting interaction from either mouse or controller. In case your controller send any signals to the game, button press or joystick the game will switch to controller. Most probably the controller send continuous signals to the game and the game switches constantly between KB/Mouse and Controller. Unfortunately there is nothing right now in the game that prevents this potential hardware issue, the only option is to disable/disconnect the controller.
Having in mind this kind of issue I might add an option in the game settings to completely disable the controller support in case the player wants that.

P.S I would not consider this a bug. Yes I can find some solution for it in the game but this is not a game bug/issue, in this case game developers can only try to find some workaround to prevent these kind of issues in the game.

No, I really can't be bothered to take the time to crawl under my desk, negotiate all the cables and unplug the 4 (yes, 4) connections for my HOTAS and MFDs every time I want to play 1 particular game out of the 300 or so I have on Steam - and then repeat the process to plug them back in afterwards. Probably best if you don't comment on something you don't understand.

Thanks to the Dev for the response. I appreciate this is probably not a common issue you encounter and not high on the priority list. I'll have to refund for now, as the game is unplayable for me. Will check back after future updates and try again if an option is added to disable.

So you have your system setup terribly? Not sure how that's the devs fault.

Install HidHide version 1.4.202.0 as this allows to hide connected devices and unhide them as needed under the devices tab where they are listed. You will need to reboot your system once it is installed but not for hiding, unhiding.

Note: Tick the Filter and Enable checkboxes at the bottom of the screen for this to function correctly. The Gaming devices only checkbox (unticked) will allow you to also see a mouse and keyboard connected which you can also hide, unhide if you choose to.
