How do I get properties out of meat?

I have been grinding the pheonix for soul properties and I got a few I needed but they are on fresh meat. Whenever I try to make something out of the meat the soul properties don't transfer. IS there a way to get soul properties from the meat to something more useful (like a water or a suppliment?)

Ah, depends on what you are transferring to. It can be a pain. Usually with food, there's a chain of healing->accessory->...->Supplement

I keep forgetting about Miruca's workshop. She can Disassemble things and one of the components will inherit the properties. This can sometimes expedite the extraction of properties

I know the post is late, but making sure others don't get lost
