Has saving bug been fixed?

Well I played E&L after release (after I finished Ayesha first).
I wanted to go back to game, and I wondering if bug with saving is still present (it deletes costumes, and if I am correct it also prevent getting "true ending" after finishing both playthroughts).

I was able to get the true ending on each of my 2nd-4th playthrough. The costumes I set remained throughout.

I had no issues regarding costumes either, you probably want to make sure you allow the game to save system data whenever you save though. (it's the saving that happens after you normally save your game)
