Noob question About glowing Mask

its my first time doing this event and honestly pretty boring but i got one glowing mask and i know its a really rare drop, this mask's can i trade it for something more useful or just for collection?

but they have a decent trade value
They are just a cosmetic chase item for those of us who are end game
