Cars keep overturning or getting stuck when leaving the gas station.
It's blocking traffic. How do I fix them or unstick them?

Equip the broom. Both it and the cars have collision so you can use it to push them around and get them back on the road. They will start driving normally when they can. If that's too much of a hassle there's a button next to the open/close switch that will completely remove vehicles and customers from the map and reset the traffic flow.

Broom is also key to getting an achievement for sending a car flying.
