I am missing challenges in the gasstation.
My suggestions are to actually build you own station.
It could be different designs and sizes, but also to expand it a little bit inside especially in the narrow sector inside the corner of the building. Bathrooms are pretty boring.
There is not much left to do, but to make money now.
There is also the warehouse size and design.
Outside you can help the party with accessories.
I think the party can be adjusted to different parties like grill evening or similar.
It is just not enough option anymore, when you get to this point in the game.
