id maybe suggest they add global managers
this way you choose what part you want to manage so you could manage the store if you want and hire gm for the other shops or you could go and manage the cutter and assign a gm to manage your main shop instead
make it so you always need to directly manage 1 store
be it the gas station or the cutter or the air port you must manage 1 at all times
tho they could fix this abit by adding inventory managers this way you could use the tablet hire the employees to do the who cycle
having inventory managers would help as this would mean you dont need to be at the store to get your items you just order it
they could even make the inventory managers slower then the player instead of just hitting a random shelf they might have a animation to put the items on a shelf sometimes this might be farther in the warehouse
theres ways to both stop the player from getting overwhelmed while helping them understand their still needed
adding a slow inventory management team would make you want to go back from time to time to stock it quicker
I have to respectfully disagree here.
First off the Station isn't supposed to be a "set it and forget it" thing. Now if you set your employees right just about the whole station does run itself. Except for the ordering and delivery. This is where the majority of your money is spent and it should be spent by you. After all. Of the business fails, Uncle isn't comming for your manager. He's comming for you!
Second. When you move onto other DLCs like the Junkyard or the Airstrip, you would run the risk of long luls in gameplay while you are waiting for planes to land or cars to come in. This is the exact opposite of management fatigue and yet equally as problematic.
What I do is use the time between planes and cars to poof to the station and order and unload. By then my other businesses are ready for my attention and I can go back to them.
sometimes it can feel overhelming when your like me and worry about every little detail
i cant enjoy myself if im on one topic and then need to worry about others
also we are the owner not a manager this is why more staff to help sort things out makes sense
also nonething says you need to buy the new managers and stuff thats a you thing
