cars stuck in the road
cars keep getting overturned in the middle of the road and i cant flip them over because i keep getting sent back to the gas station

In the storage garage. There is a reset button that removes all vehicles. The place where they get stuck/flip over. Could be sand buildup from the sandstorms.

if you use the broom and it dont work then click the kidnapper button :)
