My textures won't load.
Hi!

My textures won't load. This morning they work, normal, the game was beautiful. Now I go in and they don't load anymore. It doesn't matter how I set the settings. I already reinstalled the game. It continues the same way.

The game runs with a "blurred" version of the textures.

someone with the same problem?

Does anyone know if there's a way to solve it?

I can show you a screenshot. Can I attach it here?

I don't think I can put a screenshot here. How can I show you the screenshot?

1. Which settings are you running
2. Verify gam caches through Steam, or unistall it, removing the folder and also the saves, then re-downloading it after a reboot.
3. See if is fixed, if is not then it could be a single issue related to your particular save, or your settings, or your machine.

Hello. I decided to try starting the game using the DX11 option. Textures are normal in this option, apparently. Any idea what that means?

The game was running fine until yesterday. Out of nowhere, this happened.

I will carry out the procedures you indicated. I'll be back soon with more updates on the matter.

I found it!! Apparently it's a bug. And we all managed to solve it together, at least partially, which allows me to continue playing this delight.

I'm gonna explain:
First I ran the game in DX11 and saw that the save was normal, because in this option the game runs normally, with the textures working.

After that I followed the steps you indicated:
1. Which settings are you running
2. Verify gam caches through Steam, or unistall it, removing the folder and also the saves, then re-downloading it after a reboot.
3. See if is fixed, if is not then it could be a single issue related to your particular save, or your settings, or your machine.

And then I opened the game again.

After carrying out the steps you indicated and starting the game normally through Steam, without using the DX11 option, the game apparently had the same error. However, this time, when trying to change the graphics settings I noticed that the texture quality was changing as I was choosing the texture quality in the settings.

So it was like this:

When I open the game the texture is all blurry, no matter the quality or the settings I choose to play, the texture appears blurry when I open the game.

So I go to the settings, under the texture options, and there I change the texture quality to any quality, and then change it back to the "epic" option. When I do that, the texture reappears, normal, without being blurred. Every time I open the game to play I have to do this procedure to see the textures again, beautiful as they should be.

P.S: Whatever texture quality option I choose, other than the "epic" option, the textures are displayed blurry. At the moment, I can only play now with the textures in "epic", changing every time I open the game or starting the game with the DX11 option selected on Steam.

It is likely that this is a bug in the texture of the game itself. Am I right, or could this phenomenon be caused by other reasons?

Well.. you solved something haha.
I am sorry that it didn't 100% worked, but is like that right now, we must wait for an hotfix or update aboutthe big issues players are encountering.

OK !! Thank you so much for all the attention, support and help you gave me.

Now I can continue playing this game that I love so much.

This is pretty much what i was looking for right now. At first i thought: "Wait... were the bottles... always so extreme low poly? I... think this..." and then i saw the sign of the shelves. Pixelated mess of a text. There i knew this isn't normal anymore.

Thought it was my system but if you say it is the update... well guess i stop playing again then. xD

Hello. Did you do the procedures? Try to do the steps I did. It improved a lot for me.

Hello!

I'm having this same problem again.

But this time, I can't solve it the old way.

Would anyone know a solution?
