How do you get the DLC working?

Never-mind, I figured it out. However, since I'm not the only one having this issue, I'll post the solution here:
Right-click the game in your library and select "Properties"
The click DLC, and give it a check-mark.

Apparently the game is set to NOT download the DLC per default, even though you have it. I have never seen that in a game before, but anyway, that fixes it.
