So far, Doom 64 is the only Doom game to not be translated into Japanese, and it never has. Doom 64 did get a Japanese release back in 1997, but it didn't translate all the text, only text popups for items. This however was a common thing with alot of games on the NES all the way to the N64 where they're only in English no matter what version. So instead the only change the Japanese version of Doom 64 did was change the blood sprite to green (Not on the actual demon sprites though). Even in the remaster, Nightdive didn't add more translation. This probably was done to I guess prevent them from needing to make an entirely new font, but the Doom I+II rerelease was in multiple languages, even ones that didn't have Latin letters. And even Doom 3 has a Japanese translation (Only on BFG Edition though).
