This update just fixes a few small issues:

• Fixed a regression where defences could no longer be trained because it counted all units instead of only defences.
  
• Fixed a null pointer when rallies were created.

Event Hot-fix Update - 4.1

-The health of all Vampire Lords on the map has been reduced by approximately 30%.
-The requirements for obtaining the Gold Tier in the Blood Reign event have been rebalanced -across all tiers.
-Blood Essence has been added as a reward to the following challenges:
-The Silver and Gold Reward in the Gain Silver Leaf event.
-The Gold Reward in the Defeating Units in the Ulthuan event.
-The Gold Reward in the Defeating Terrorgheist Foes when above Keep Level 28.
-The Gold Reward in the Region Wars event.
-Increased the spawn amounts of all Ruined Relic’s (Silver Leaf Nodes) in Ulthuan.
-Increased the amount of experience dropped by Vampire Lords in their Loot Tables as well as increased the experience granted for each attack against them.
-Increased the amount of Warlord Favour and added additional items to the Vampire Lord Chests.
-Added a new Vampire Lord Spoil that will replace the existing spoil dropped when defeating Vampire Lords.

Bug Fixes
-Fixed an issue where the Fortress of Ruin didn’t appear correctly on the World Map when selected as the active Fortress Skin.

• Fixed an issue where NPC locations in the world would show the previous 3D model before loading the current model.

Content

• New Ritual Added - Trade Capacity II to Unholy Tree, allowing players to trade a much larger amount of resources with their Allies.
  
• Changed the Warlord Shards rewarded for completing 18 daily trials to Blue Scribes Favour.
  
• Improved the rewards given for completing 18 Daily Trials by adding additional Rewards.
  
• Added a new 3rd stat to fortress keepskins: Hellcannon Fortress - Defences Armour Bonus & Twisting Tower - Construction Speed

Added Structure Levels

• Three structures have had their maximum level increased from 33 to 35. These are:
  
• Warlords Conclave
  
• Watch Tower
  
• Cave

Objectives

• Added new Objectives for the above Structure levels and the Trade Capacity Ritual.

Improvements

• Reworked the Terrorgheist loot tables for all the levels at which they spawn. These loot tables now contain the crafting component Steel, Training Speed Ups and have had the rare Warlord favour removed. The drop chance has also been improved so you will always obtain loot on every attack.
  
• Added level 11 to search results, search level options will change based on the location being searched for, added a search anywhere button at the end of the results list.
  
• In Region Wars, region invaders can attack other invaders and score points in 3-way & 4-way matchups.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where units added to a warband in an enemy region were not returned until reloading if the player is sent back to their own region due to an attack.
  
• Fixed a bug where sending reinforcements to allies would sometimes incorrectly prevent you from sending them.
  
• Fixed some typos reported by players.
  
• Fixed tutorial indicator not taking into account position changes for the canvas scaling resulting in it being off centre.
  
• Canvas scaling attempts to take into account dynamic islands on iOS devices that have that feature.
  
• Fixed missing text for player name on Spoils component.
  
• Fixed issue with Dark Offerings item not displaying in the item shop.

Hot Fixes - v3.8.7

• Fixed a bug preventing starting a research when a player was missing queue time and resources

Game Update 3.8 is here, bringing 2 new events, 5 new item pieces, revamped challenges, Empire City improvements, structure, ritual, and Warlord upgrades. Players can now complete their Barrow Armour set by engaging in the new ‘On Rotten Wings’ event!

On Rotting Wings

A new event, ‘On Rotting Wings’ will be added to the game. In this event, Terrorgheists disturbed from their lairs descend upon tattered wings, their lethal screams heralding doom!

Across the Old World, the Terrorghiest can be found, these elite foes will be appearing at levels 8, 9 and 10. These rotting giant bats are a severe threat and will need to be tackled by only the strongest of Chaos Champions.

The Terrorgheist will potentially drop a Decayed Wing Membrane, which can be used in turn to craft the final 2 pieces of the Barrow armour set, Gauntlets and Plate Armour. The Barrow set has also been improved with additional set bonuses.


New Event - Scourge of Chaos

Across the Old World, resources of all types will be looted and pillaged by the forces of Chaos.

A new cross-region gain resource challenge will be added which will run during this event, expect to see level 10 and above resource nodes across the Old World.

Item Updates

Added 3 new pieces of equipment to the Ritualist Set:

Changed two stats on the Ritualist Cuirass:
🔸 Monstrous Infantry Melee Damage & Monstrous Infantry Ranged Damage both now scale from 1% - 15%

🔸 Slambo is no longer available from the daily login reward, going forward you’ll be able to obtain Throgg shards for the foreseeable future.

Warlord Improvement

🔸 Karanak has joined the rank of Legendary Warlords with a 5th stat when reaching Skull Rank 6. This stat is Khorne Melee Attack and at maximum level will provide a 45% bonus.

New Challenges

A new version of the following challenges has been added:

Keep Skin Improvements

Added a bonus to the Palace of Rapture Keep Skin:
🔸 Slaanesh Melee Attack: 5% - 20%
Added a bonus to the Chaos Fortress Keep Skin:
🔸 Undivided Armour: 10% - 20% starting at level 3

Unit Changes

Skullcannon of Khorne:
🔸 Speed increased from 6 to 9
Daemon Prince of Khorne:
🔸 Morale decreased from 72 to 55

Empire City Improvements

The following improvements have been made to the buffs being granted by controlling Empire Cities.

Kislev:
🔸 Infantry Attack increased from 10% to 12.5%
🔸 Champion Vanquish Damage increased from 5% to 10%

Marienburg:
🔸 Infantry Armour increased from 5% to 12.5%
🔸 Champion Vanquish Damage increased from 5% to 10%

Helmgart:
🔸 Chariot Armour increased from 5% to 12.5%
🔸 Nurgle Armour increased from 5% to 10%

Wolfenburg:
🔸 Chariot Attack increased from 10% to 15%

Quality of Life Improvements

🔸 March loadouts will now prioritise the specific warlord that is saved to the loadout instead of just getting the highest level one. If the specified warlord is unavailable it will attempt to get the highest level one like it does currently.

Bug Fixes

🔸 Loot chests now show all units in a specific random reward instead of just the first one.

Corruption and Darkness rise on these days, and the Undead amass through the Old world! During these dates, Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest will feature the Undead Events including Dark Riders abound and The Barrows Rise.

Here are the full patch notes for Game Update 3.7, released today! 💀


A new event, ‘The Barrows Rise’ has been added to the game. In this event, Dark Magic gathers and stirs the dead in their graves! Ancient Warriors swarm across the old world, awakened by Necromancers practicing their cursed magical arts.

Across the Old World, hordes of Skeleton Warriors will be appearing at levels 15, 25 and 35, clad in their corroded armour, their lifeless hand’s still gripping the weapons they held in life. These skeletal warriors obey their Vampire masters.

These new high-level Armies will potentially drop Accursed Sword Shards which can be used in turn to craft 2 additional pieces of the Barrow armour set, Helm and Greaves.



A new version of the Undivided Warpstone Devour event has been added in which Harald Hammerstorm is featured prominently within the tier and top list rewards.

Added new equipment to the Runesmith event:

• Corrupted Runic Gauntlets
  
• Corrupted Runic Axe
  
• Corrupted Runic Boots

Added new equipment to Barrow Set:

• Greaves of the Barrow
  
• Helm of the Barrow

New High-Level Greenskin Armies have been added to the Greenskin Aggression event, these are available to battle at levels 15, 25, and 35.


Improved the following Keep skins by adding additional buffs when equipped:

• Blighted Stronghold, reduced Healing Resource Costs.
  
• Exalted Hellcannon Fortress, added Undivided Ranged Damage.
  
• Gore Fountain, added Troop Training Speed.

• Reworked all existing items to no longer only have stats on them that only boost the player’s Champion, in all situations, they will now boost everything within the march if the Champion is present.

• Blocked players' messages will no longer be visible in World Chat.
  
• Added the Skull of the Damned as a tradable currency at the Raider’s Market.
  
• Players can recruit multiple of the same warlord at once
  
• Added a toggle to select whether “March Gather Yield” selects enough units to fully clear resource tiles or leave a small amount remaining.
  
• The number of Warpstone on the leaderboard placings for the Legendary Warlord challenges has been adjusted to allow more challenges to be run during these special weekend events.

• Fixed a display issue where Warpstone spent on Warlord Bundles in the premium shop would not update on the challenge panel until the game was restarted.
