I got to the Las Veganza revisit, and before finding Ali's stuff went to the pool hall and did the Rad Skater minigame to get the $1000 from the guy next to the machine. I got my score up to around 4,000 and then suddenly the achievement for going to the casino popped and I was in the next chapter having somehow skipped the entirety of the Las Veganza revisit with the Rad Skater music still playing in the background....
