Bridge won't spawn after death in Apocalypse of Don

Everytime I die or suicide in this level I have to restart the map because the bridge won't spawn anymore. Only in the first knight or two the bridge will spawn.

Same here, no fish, no bullets, no bridge after respawn. Even going back to the main menu doesn't work, I need to restart entirely the game. I hope they'll do something about this

Found a fix: don't press G to suicide, always let the die animation to happen. If you're forced to press G, simply jump into the water with the next knight to make the bridge reapear.
