1) Right now there are no plans for additional non PvP servers.
2) Regarding your issue with quest it would help if you'd record a video to show what you do to complete it and how it does not work. There is no known issues with that quest and there were no reports earlier that latency could prevent it from completion, therefore without more details it's hard to tell what went wrong in your case and how to correct it.

as far as I can see it's different thing because in case you linked, person did not know how to cut the wall with the axe that has been picked up and equipped (which is just the lack of experience and unacquaintance with the user interface) while in case of the author of this thread person could not pick up the axe overall and it might have really been a bug if its really as described.

Nope. It wont let me pick up the axe for some reason.

I uninstalled the game due to frustration, but I will reinstall it later today and try again. The concept sounds great :)

You might even try deleting that character and making a new one, since it is so early in the game. Takes, maybe, a minute to get out of the bottom of the boat.

All the information I needed to not buy the game.

Also pvp servers really arnt a gank fest or anything it literally feels pve, everyone helps everyone so don't let the pvp tag on servers turn you away I hate pvp and in my 1000 hours in game have never died due to another player

Nor has my bag I drop after dying been takin, if anything theres always a random player standing next to my corpse helping me clear enemy's where my bag has fallen so I can retrieve it
