After the last update, I haven't the gun more, and cannot kill the guardian. He even also spawn anymore.

I'm trying to solve the red shape projector puzzle right now, and I feel like I have the correct orientation. Am I doing something wrong? I don't want to use up a Hint on this because I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. If the solution is "actually you need to move one of the shapes a millimeter to the left" I will flip a table. Hello! I really like your game, I generally love games of this type - slowly moving through locations and solving puzzles. Why did you include an action scene in a game of this type? I am 60 years old, I physically cannot go through the scene with the murder of the security guard. Now because of this I can't progress further in the game. So what should I do now?...

I'm in the sea creatures room with nothing but the map in my inventory and it doesn't seem like I can do anything else. Any hints?
