can i get any hints on the code for the two terminals?

Here's my situation. After I've solved the pipes and alarm wires in Floor 4, I take the path forward. Then, the game crashes without any pop-ups or alarms, as if you'd do Alt+F4 Happened twice in a row and I gave up playing. I have no clues what's going on. If dev needs logs or videos - let me know....

Let's call B1 to B6 the 6 different valves in shower room 1. So far, I got B4 open applying 3 to V1 and 5 to V3 using (4 35). I assumed then that since B4 is opened, the more logical thing to do next would be to try opening B1 using (1 4 51), applying 5 to V1 and 1 to V3, except it does not work. Hi, Can someone explain to me the logic behind the puzzle to find the combination to open the first cell door? I ended up solving it by trial and error, but even with the solution, I don't understand at all the logic to reach it. How to relate 2 -> 7, 4 -> 1, 9 -> 4 and 3 -> 8 to the final solution?
