This new and improved version of Under: Depths of Fear is bigger, badder, and scarier than ever before thanks to a virtual boatload of new content that fleshes out the dark storyline, turns up the psychological uneasiness to maximum volume, and dutifully disposes of any bugs. This is Under as we intended, and we dare you to climb aboard.

• When putting down a picked up object, players could sometimes bug the item when walking away while it was returning to its original location. This could cause that object to move towards the player when picking up the next item. This bug has now been fixed such that only objects that are specifically looked at will be picked up/ interacted with.
  
• New animations have been added to certain doors for more cinematic opening speed.
  
• Safety colliders have been added to areas where clipping glitching occurred.
  
• Missing checkpoint added in G-Deck (Closed beta area)
  
• More matches have been added at game start to account for players adjusting to controls
  
• During the F-Deck chase sequence, the monster cannot clip through closed doors anymore.
  
• G-Deck flooding sequence adjusted to guide players more in order to avoid having to try every door.
  
• Darkened lightmap issue fixed on F-Deck chase sequence.
  
• Some objects now float in water.

Hi everyone,

It's now been over a week since we've launched, and want to say thank you to all our fans and supporters of the game!

We've received a ton of feedback regarding bugs and glitches during the first few days, but are happy to say that we've fixed almost all of the issues that players have reported!
We want to apologize to those who encountered these bugs in the first 2-3 days of launch, the Under experience is now a lot smoother and bug-free.

Here are some of the prominent fixes we've implemented:
- Bigger interaction boxes.
- More hints throughout gameplay in order to avoid trial and error frustration.
- Extra settings (brightness, FOV, Headbob, Grain, HUD, Chromatic Abberation)
- Vent crouching fixed
- Collider issues are now fixed.
- Chase sequence glitching/clipping.


The last week has also been spent implementing more languages for Under, and from today on, Under: Depths of Fear can be played in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
We're sure that this will make the experience for some players a bit more pleasant, and allows for a more full understanding of the back-story that is told in the game.

We are beyond excited to announce that Under: Depths of Fear is finally released, here on Steam! ːsteamhappyː

After more than a year of development, we have come from releasing a short demo on itch, while we were still in university, to launching a full sinking ship horror experience for everyone to enjoy!

We have added tons of elements and decks to Under, and can confidently say that Under: Depths of Fear is now an entirely different kind of experience than what the demos and closed beta had to offer.
Under: Depths of Fear now has 7 full size decks, each continuously flooding with merciless ocean water, testing the skills and scares of every player alike.

Over the past year, we've put a substantial amount of work into Alexander's back-story, giving players the chance to learn his context and add more context to the haunting events on the ship.

We hope you guys will enjoy the full experience of Under: Depths of Fear!
