X-box 360 controller support?

The game does not see the controller, although I almost never saw games in which it would not work.
And this is the same controller that even emulators make for simulation, so much it is "supported" everywhere ... ... except for this game (

Also in the tips some kind of nonsense with buttons.

I'm also trying to get the game to work eith my generic windows 10 supported controller, but I cannot select controller in the options. Playing with the keyboard is a game-breaker as the keyboard controls are awful! :(

Yeah.
And this is the most widely used and supported Xbox 360 controller !!!
The developers were informed about this issue back in May.

Probably I will do a refund ..... the level of technical support is low

P.S. Even during the launch of the game, as a mockery, it is recommended to play on the controller and the joystick Xbox is drawn

Hi guys!

I apologize for this issue, please keep in mind that we are a very small team (only 3 people) and make sure we work hard to provide the best support possible. This issue is really weird because we tested the game extensively with Xbox 360, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 controllers and never had any issues. Anyway, let's double check what might be causing this problem. About generic controllers, due to the great variety and difference between it, we cannot guarantee that it will work.

the controller is perfectly visible in steam, in any games ...
Windows 10 x 64, everything is very smooth.

Where....... only the developer can understand the problem.

Hi @MiDeT !

Thank you very much for your interest in helping us solve this problem, I would like to know some information:

1- How do you connect the controller to the PC. Through USB cable, or through the wifi receiver?
2 - In the case of receiver, is it official from microsoft?
3- Which type of USB port the controller is connected (USB 1.0, USB 2.0, USB 3.0)?

We are doing an update of the game's input framework and will soon update it in steam, maybe that will solve the problem.
