My wishful thinking post-completion DLC idea

This was the second AVN I played when I initially found them. I've done playthroughs on all three alignments and really like most of the characters. One thing that I think is kinda lacking on the Chick side and somewhat on the neutral side is non-lewd-leading interactions with the HOTs who are working for Quinn. And maybe the reverse is true when on a ♥♥♥ path, Jill might not date the MC but they could still discuss music and stuff as friends. I really like Riona and Mel and Carmella, plus non LIs like Elena and the mousey redhead, and others.

So the DLC idea is, after the main storyline paths are wrapped up and Season 3 the game is completed, Dr. P could go back through the story to fill in or just outright add more content for hanging out with people, or helping with homework, whatever. Complete fluff, zero lewds but probably a ton of flirting. Some more interaction in Season 1 with the one who refused to bone Tybalt's daddy so that when that happens and she leaves, we miss her. I think that MC & Carmella could have found some sfw mischief to do during the party at the mansion. That sorta thing.

He could do it in parallel with whatever his next project is gonna be, use it as a way to change gears when he wants to take a break from the new thing.

Probably wouldn't be all that popular but I think a decent portion of the fanbase would enjoy it. Like I said, wishful thinking.

You can buy the assets (characters and other objects used in games) in the DAZ store (check the Artwork section of this forum for people doing BaDIK non-sanctioned fan work with these assets, some are really good), learn Rendering utilities, Python and RenPy, do some experiments in lighting, invest a sensible sum in PC rendering power and create your own BaDIK fantasy.

Don't ask DPC to shift from his airtight plan to finish his game (ends in Season 4, so still a full 4 Eps season and two Eps of S3 for the game to be done) in order to cater to your whims.

Keep in mind he has copyrighted his content though, if you ever have the idea of financially benefiting of this work of yours to recover your investment.

You might be applying "chick" affinity inappropriate to your lack of understanding of how affinity works. You also have to remember that affinity is a MC's personality and that the girls have their own likes and dislikes of given personalities. There are plenty of non-lewd interactions with the HOTs. Most likely your choices (not affinity) locked them out.

Not asking anything. If you bothered to read the whole post, this is a suggestion for something to do way past completion. All this post was was a shot in the dark to plant the idea into DPCs brain if he happens to read it.

Is it really expected to have six additional episodes? I hadn't heard that, and as the plot is progressing, I fully expected it to wrap up by episode 12.

Sure. Name me one time we get to hang out with Mel while Chick aligned that isn't cut short because you're not eligible for her lewd scenes.

Well, you misunderstand Mel and Sarah's place as they are tied to the restaurant. You can briefly chat with them if you sleep over sage, movie night, there is time at the hot party and the dorm party.

You are expecting full thing? They are side girls for a reason and will lave less interaction regardless of affinity. There are points like after the cumpetition where Mel and Sarah won't have anything to with a non-♥♥♥ MC... Again, they have their own likes and preferences. This is mentioned under the game's description on Steam btw.

Again, its meant to be that way.

Moonblade is correct that DPC is making the story as already planned out. No suggestion will change it. He has repeated it many times including his Q&A posts. This isn't a game where MC is the king and all the girls respond to him regardless of his affinity nor their status as a main vs side vs appearances only.

We are explaining you how DPC works, what are his current and future priorities for now and quite a few years in the future.

Regardless the information we are giving you, you, in your febrile mind still believe that what you're suggesting could be viable in any way or form within that plan and expecting him to even consider it.

I gave you an option, invest in DAZ3D assets and gain proper knowledge to make your fantasy possible, because otherwise IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, period.

What Jaden Vox is explaining you is that BaDIK is about choices and consequences. If you choose a road, it means that for you, the other ones ARE DENIED. Sarah and Mel were designed to fit a MC with a specific affinity/status (♥♥♥), ignoring that and making them comfortable to interact with a CHICK character simply defeat the game purpose and the consequences of your choices, similarly with Jill and ♥♥♥ affinity characters. Jill is "friend" of a ♥♥♥ MC but she keeps her distance, if you change that, and make her sharing things that she usually share with the CHICK MC in her path would cheapen completely what are the core tenets of the game.

And my response, more than trying to engage in his specific query, is directed to anyone who read this thread and is not familiar with DPC position about the kind of ideas he is wishing to happen.

Like I said, there are tools available for him to fulfill his fantasy. With some work, he can make his "wishful thinking" idea a reality if he is so invested in it.

I'm just giving him a needed dose of reality so he can channel his efforts toward a more satisfying outcome for himself.

I had a whimsical idea and by sharing it somehow managed to upset some weird secret thought police cult that needed to explain how a 3rd party thinks and feels and to assure me that this person that I'm sure they know personally and have drinks with every weekend would never have such a flight of fancy. Ok bro, sorry to have offended your sensibilities.

You can go back to building your scale model of the ♥♥♥ frat house now, I hope the next episode gets released soon because your blood pressure is looking a little iffy.

Not sure who is mad, not me. You mentioned things that DPC could do. We are just relaying DPC's own words that the story as written is what he wants to say. Any changes after would be more technical nature (eg. adding voice, clean up some renders, etc). All of what you are asking is changing the story and he said he won't.

It was simply relay of his comments. Everyone taking some strange offense at that.

I don't know from where you got the idea that I'm upset. I could understand why you would be though. You had this "whimsical idea" and instead of keeping it to yourself, you decided to share it in a public forum, perhaps expecting a pat in the back with people telling you: "Such a great idea! Pink definitely should follow your advice, stop everything he's doing and work on it, like right now!".

If that wasn't your goal, why would you share it in a public forum anyway?

Since things didn't go the way you wanted, and instead of receiving a pat in the back, you received a kick in the nuts and a required dose of reality, then you started whining that no one understands you.

Ha ha ha - these forums are a hoot! A lot of people seem to have a need to be experts on everything. Please folks - it’s a video game forum … it doesn’t really matter that much what any of us say on here.

I would certainly love a future DLC that adds some more friendly and non sexual romantic scenes to the game after all 4 seasons are finished and published. Those that are already in game are among my favorite scenes actually. However, something tells me that the author will be eager to start a completely new project after that. After all these years writing about the same characters and working hard on that game, he will want to start anew. If I was him, that's what I would do. So, I won't hold my breath for such a DLC.

Absolutely. People need to chill out. We have no influence on the author and his game unless we report an actual bug maybe.
