Aladdin and the Lion King scam?

I bought Aladdin and the Lion King but when i try to play Aladdin it tells me i have to pay more for it? is it just me??

You can't play the SNES version without the DLC. I guess the reason it is not in the base game is cuz of Capcom being Capcom
