Cancel out of tutorial?

Is there a way to cancel the tutorial on the Prague map, and keep your progress? Or, can we opt out of the forced rush hour segment?

You can terminate the tutorial any time by clicking the × button.

Spoiler: The rush hour segment - unlike many rush hour maps- is pretty short, just battle through it.
