I have 2 stabling trains waiting at the shunting tracks, and they will all go to the same platform one after another.
But if the timetable of both trains are very close for the next leg on that platform
When the first train is in platform while the second train hit the 3 min early leaving stabling event, the shunting circuit won't queue a route for the platform and the second train will waiting in stabling track forever
I check the second train status, it never leave the shunting mode, and stuck in the stabling state

If I adjust the timetable to make sure when 3 min early leaving triggered for the second train while the first train is left the platform, then everything will be fine
