I don't think you can.
For the poisoned one, if you burn them with the decontamintors, it doesn't count.
Watch out for bush when you place a building because workers will harvest the bushes if they are in the way and it will count against the achievement.

When i harvest any berry bush when is not full grow, or poisoned berry bush, is ok? Am i still earn this achievent? (I am not english speaker, but in czech language is not many discuss...)

Yes. As long as you do not get any berries from the bush. You should be careful in case a 'young bush' becomes an 'adult bush' before your villager harvests it.

The condition to fail the achievement is collecting/harvesting/removing grown berry bushes, so that they drop berries (which then can be eaten).

- You can remove small growing berry bushes, as long as they are not fully grown
- You can remove poisoned berry bushes, since they don't drop berries
- Berry bushes which turn into poisoned berry bush don't count, as they don't drop berries

- Basically anything which drops berries nullifies this achievement

So look out that you don't accidentally harvest them by placing buildings, roads, placing plots, or deforest big areas.

Just as Asphe said, look out when harvesting small bushes. They continue to grow and it's possible that they are fully grown by the time the worker has harvested them. This can lead to accidentally failing the achievement.

No, You will only see that you have berries in your stock, but they can be eaten by your villagers if you don't have better food.

What about the berry gatherer building itself? Can you still get this achievement if you build it?

No. Don't harvest a single berry.
PS: it has been updated since the original post, you can now harvest not fully grown bushes and poisonned bushes without issue.
Also you can use the hostility modifier which reduce the growth of berry bushes to make it easier and limit the risk of placing a building in a bad place.

As Bobywan said, berry gatherers are also not allowed.

All edible berries on top of Onbu can be considered "taboo".

Not fully grown bushes and poisoned bushes can be removed.
Just note that "not fully grown bushes" can still grow into "fully grown bushes" while harvesters walk towards the bush, so attention is required there.

Berries coming from outside, either via events or via traders are okay.

The achievement is already easy enough, just use the modifier, it's almost a guaranteed no berry bush each time.

Ok. It was 180 day... And I dont take this achievement. Not burn, not harvest and whith "cold spell". And now - my map is a wonderfull cherry place. Why )))

Also, if you have gone past Day 100+ without this achievement... something went wrong already. You'll have to start a new run?

What about buying berries from the trader? Does this disqualify you from the achievement?
