I have reached out to KT to try to get the FXAA fix integrated into the game.

Instructions:
Rename whatever dll to dinput8.dll and place in same folder as Atelier game.

meow, I'm not a graphics engineer so this may break in interesting and horrible ways.

Features:
Fixes FXAA thresholds to filter most edges.
Smooths out AO level transition, may reduce strength slightly for much better visual fidelity in motion.
Three versions - no lines (noline), regular lines (v3b), and THICC lines.

Other fixes are only applicable to older games, so you shouldn't have to worry about them.

Update for 1.00b
The dev added shadow resolution settings. Boo, I was working on this (but I can't complain). Do note that "high" shadows can consume over half of the render time per frame.
They also reduced the strength of bloom. IMO it's still overdone, but 0.3 is much better than 0.4.

Change log:
1. Removed no-DoF and no-bloom hacks, as these were implemented by the dev.
2. Added no-outline and THICC-outline versions. Still not had chance to add config capability.
3. Initialize NVAPI to force GPU on laptop MSHybrid systems to prefer NVIDIA GPUs.

Upcoming:
Texture state tracking, for button mods.
SMAA 1x Anti Aliasing.
Config capability

Later:
In-game toggle (for non-Create[Resource] calls)
UI Skip (toggle is hard prequisite)
TAA
Source code (after code cleanup)

4Kの場合は差がはっきりと現れる。

Thank you very much! I guess there's no way to use this alongside Special K is there? I use Special K to replace the XBOX button textures with PS4 ones. I would try to replace the textures in the .pak files themselves but I don't know what engine Ryza runs on so I have a hard time unpacking them.
