The second patch for Chains of Fury is now live - we've managed to fix some really unpleasant issues and crashes connected to the save/load system, as well as problems with colliders in two of the levels.

• Added a confirmation prompt for deleting saves
  
• Fixed a crash when max save count reached
  
• Fixed issues when spaming quick load
  
• Locked save during Fury mode
  
• Changed art for health pickups
  
• Fixed colliders in level 1 and level 5

Rest assured, we are working on even more updates and fixes, and we'll keep diligently analyzing the feedback you provide - if you encounter any bugs or issues while you're playing Chains of Fury, please, report them here on Steam, or even better, come join our Discord Server[discord.gg] - we might have follow-up questions and having an actual conversation is easiest there. If you really want to help us fix as many bugs as we can, include as much details as possible - your logs are especially helpful. You can find them in the following folder:

We are thrilled to see how many of you have played Chains of Fury since the release of its Volume I on Monday. We are also extremely grateful for all the feedback you have given us so far, and would like to ask you to keep it coming.

We are aware there are bugs still plaguing the game, but we are working on improving its technical state - we have released a patch yesterday already, and we are testing another one as we speak - which will fix several problems with saving and loading the game, as well as erroneous colliders in levels 1 and 5.

If you encounter any bugs or issues while you're playing Chains of Fury, please, report them here on Steam, or even better, come join our Discord Server - we might have follow-up questions and having an actual conversation is easiest there. Chains of Fury launched just a few days back, but we are already hearing positive comments about it, which we are tremendously grateful for! Please, keep the feedback coming - ideally write a review here on Steam, it helps more than you think!

We immensely appreciate constructive criticism as well however, and we are working hard to address all of the reported issues - we have already released a patch today, squishing some of the bugs that have been pestering you. Rest assured, this is by far not the last update, as we'll keep diligently analyzing the feedback you, our beloved players, provide, and doing our best to fix any issues you encounter.

The day has finally come, as a part of the BOOMSTOCK event, we can announce that Chains of Fury is launching today.

It's been a long and demanding journey, but because of that we are even more happy that we can finally present to you what we've been working on!

Earlier this year we posted a announcement on STEAM that we broke connection with former publisher and got our IP back. Since we are a small team and contacting community also takes time which we should allocate into making a game better we became silent afterwards.

I know that you have tons of questions and you are dying to know what's going on with the game. For many we just can't answer just yet. Specially about the dates of early access or a full launch. This is coming but there are still way too many moving pieces to tell you the exact date.

However... we miss you too guys! We miss our loyal inmates! Our Chains of Fury supporters. We want to keep in touch with you. Interaction with you gives us power to push forward and crush all the walls and destroy all the obstacles which try to stop us from finishing this awesome game.

Hi, this is Chris. Main developer of Chains of Fury. Some of you may already know since I posted it on our social media but since our Steam Page is also back in our hands I can post it here as well.

We got our IP Back. We decided to split our ways with the former publisher. It took us a while but it was well worth it. Now we have total control over the project. I will not go into details of our cooperation with the former publisher. The only thing I would like to say that after our successfull Kickstarter campaign which was successful mainly due to efforts of me and my team we got impression that they did not share the same vision of marketing the game as we wanted it to be marketed. We are all adults. I wish them well. Let them do their thing. We will do ours.


Lot of stuff is going on at the moment. We are closing the legal stuff and wrapping up the transition. We still need to sort out the transition of the Kickstarter Page. Hopefully we will do iron it out next week.
In the same time we have reinstated the development of the game. After the kickstarter we had to put it on hold but now we are back in action. The game is being redesigned and improved.
All Kickstarter prizes and promises will be fulfilled. The game will probably launch in Early Access sometimes next year but since we are changing and improving a lot of core systems I dont want to risk giving a date.

The Backers Demo is a full vertical slice of the game consisting of the game's first biome, including the crafting system, boss fight and plenty of faces to smash the walls with.

Please note that "The demo is ready" does not mean "The game is ready".
You might encounter various visual bugs, features in progress and other, mostly minor issues.

We shall improve the game in all aspects as the works progress
