Act 3 Flags

I have gotten to the point in Act 3 where I need to plant flags in the village to mark the radiation zone.

When planting the first flag the quest marker never updates, and never moves to the second flag placement.

Does anyone know a way around this or where the second flag should be planted so I can check if the plant zone is active?

For anyone struggling with this, I managed to figure it out and get around it with this video: https://youtu.be/SGvrwhtoY4Y?t=7110

You need to plant 3 flags in the area, not just 1.

I can´t seem to plant the flags, although i did as said: assign the flags to keyboard number 1-9, find the yellow circle, press assigned key to pull the flags, then LMB and E. It has no effects. Any help is highly appreciated.

I saved after placing the first flag, then re loading that save, it then allowed me to place the next flag and so on.
