i remember i did every dungeon in 1 day or in the least amount of days possible with this tactic
But I'd like to introduce you to a method called %100 SP/HP restore after every battle called the Victory cry method. Gotta be on June 24th and follow a precise method, but fully worth it! And maybe makes the game a little bit easier but you can always change this persona.

If you're gonna do this OP, don't abuse the victory cry or I'll grow cabbages and carrots under your bed. :)
1. The two sets of vending machines in the Shopping District sell SP restoratives. They refill every Monday, and the set outside of Konishi Liquors have a roulette of sorts that can net you a few extra cans of soda if you get lucky. Note: the Orange Smash from the vending machine in front of the Shiroku store is an HP restorative, so just focus on the TaP soda. Very useful in the beginning of the game.
2. Once you get your third party member and gain full access to the 1st (proper) dungeon, you can return to the first floor repeatedly to reload the treasure chests, which not only drop Soul Drops but Snuff Souls. It's recommended to have a few Goho-Ms on hand (or at least have a Persona that knows the Traesto ability, such as Sandman or Cu Sith) if you find yourself deep into a dungeon but low on restoratives. Farming the 1st floor is easy because you can easily escape via Teddy, and your dungeon progress does not reset, allowing you to easily resume your dungeon progress once you're done restocking.
3. As others pointed out, at the start of the 2nd dungeon you will gain access to the Fox (of the Hermit arcana), who will replenish your SP for a cost. However, it is VERY costly below rank 5 or 6, so I would recommend turning on the money drop increase from the difficulty settings if you intend on relying on it as your sole means of restoring SP.
4. You can eventually find/make "Mark" accessories (the Mage's Mark can be made by collecting 8 Magic Cloths from Phantom Masters, which show up in the 2nd dungeon, or can be found in locked chests of the 4th dungeon; meanwhile, the Wizard's Mark can be made by collecting 10 Silver Fox Fur from Divine Mothers, which show up in the last dungeon, or from locked boxes in the 5th and 6th dungeons; the last one, the Sorcerer's Mark, only shows up in locked boxes in the last two dungeons). The Mage's Mark accessory gives Invigorate 1 (3 SP/turn) and the Sorcerer's Mark gives Invigorate 2 (5 SP/turn), while the Sorcerer's Mark gives Invigorate 3 (7 SP/turn). Anyone can wear these accessories, giving some characters a much-needed self-recovery option that they'd otherwise lose out on.
5. For Yu Narukami specifically, there are SP restoration skills available - the Invigorate line of skills. These restore a bit of SP whenever Yu has his turn, as long as said Persona is equipped. They can be stacked for extra recovery (i.e. Invigorate 1+2 will give both amounts together - in this case, 8 SP/turn), but you cannot have multiples of the same skill on a Persona (i.e. having 2 or more Invigorate 3 skills). This also goes for accessories; you cannot have the Sorcerer's Mark while also having a Persona with Invigorate 3 and expect them to trigger together, but you can have Invigorate 1+2 on a Persona and the Sorcerer's Mark equipped and get the restoration from all 3 skills. Later on, you can get access to two after-battle recovery skills - Cool Breeze (which restores 8% HP/SP), and Victory Cry (which fully restores Yu's HP/SP). Typically these would be considered end-game skills, but due to certain days having the "Skill Change" bonus when fusing Personas, you can get access to them as early as 5/20. For example, you can get Cool Breeze from fusing Slime, which comes with the Rank 6 skill Resist Physical, while you can get Victory Cry from fusing Kaiwan, which comes with the Rank 7 skill Tetrakarn (with that said, because by 5/20 you should be at a high-enough level to fuse Kaiwan it makes more sense to focus on getting Victory Cry, should this option be appealing). However, this option can be time-consuming because the skill picked for changing is random and can hit any other card. With that said, with enough patience it's not terrible and can even net you Repel-(element) skills, which is especially useful because Resist Ice is the only element resistance that is not available early-game).

Its possible to do them in a day, but it is more difficult if you dont come prepared.
OPTIONAL: Level up some more and use that persona to make Ame-no-Uzume. Go draw another Emperor. You now have Invigorate 1 and Invigorate 2 on the same persona at level 20.
I don't think it's possible to do this in P3R or P5R until sometime in the 50s. In P4G you can do this in the first dungeon.
Why is Sarasvati so important?
Sarasvati learns Invigorate 2 at level 19 and is fusable at level 17. Invigorate 2 regenerates 5 SP a round. You can go to the first enemy of the dungeon and spam guard to fully regenerate SP on the main character for free.

Long story short, you need to have Invigorate in your main persona at all times. Regenerating SP per turn is hilariously broken. If you're out of SP just go kick shadows in Yukiko's Castle
Ok, thanks. I've just defeated the knight on floor 5 but I'm still lvl 10 yet. Guess I have to grind a little bit more until lvl 19.
