Copy and Paste that here.
Type 'Device manager' into the windows search bar. Scroll down to 'Display Adaptors' and expanded the drop-down. Double click on your graphics card and it will tell you if there are any issues with it (my rusty old Radeon RX 5700 needs the driver to be disabled and re-enabled every now and then for some reason).
If it's OK, open the 'Drivers' tab and click 'Update Driver'. Windows can automatically go and search to see if your drivers are up to date. Hopefully that solves your issue.
Do you have V sync on? If so, turn it off.
