Game run on less than one FPS

Hello,

Today I found this game and was smitten, I loved to watch it and wanted to play it myself.
So I bought it and try to run it, I got an error message, I found a fix (-dx12) and started it. My FPS were not even felt. I tried to move the mouse and it did react with a massive delay.
It was not possible to change the options because I couldnt controll the movement of my mouse, because it a a 5 second delay. I m playing definitly on an older rack, but it definitly is above the minimum setup.
Because the setting are nativly on "Ultra" with a fancy settings, I am not even able to change the settings on Low.
If anyone finds a fix I would be really grateful.

What exactly was the error message, by any chance?
