what level do they unlock at?

I have tried to link my google account to the game, but there is not an option, does anyone have a plugin, or maybe we can just bug the author to make that update. I have over a year and a half of on and off mobile play, and really don't want to start over. Please Help...

Here are some bugs i discovered while playing (on an old account) in 2024 drones! most anoying thing are the scavenging drones. they just circle around loot and didnt collect loot. they are maybe too fast, or have not enough lootrange.
