Main Story Progression Issue

I have gotten up to 31/10 story progression, but I can't seem to progress the main story. I received achievements for all starlets, now I'm only missing the main story achievement.

I went ahead and restarted the game, but I'm at 10/10 story achievement, and even after succeeding at scripts, I'm unable to progress the main story. Please help!

I appreciate your time! Clarification, by restarting I mean I closed and reopened the game. I didn’t erase my save data and start over.

My apologies, but which file is the save file? I'm in "steamapps\common\Spooky Starlets" and I checked all sub directories for a file named "save", and I didn't see something obvious. Can you please point me in the right direction? A quick Google search didn't yield the correct save file location either.

Wait... This thread is nearly 3 months old, and they still haven't patched this? I felt like jumping back on to try for mine again, and the main story is still missing.
