Title says all, I'm not opposed to it--its how we used to do it--but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. For example I popped into a game and placed some warships next to an enemy port and in the next turn they got bombed the heck out of and I had no idea why. Perhaps just placing ships near enemy ports causes them to be bombed, who knows--hence why I need the manual since it seems like no tutorial. I have the DLC too if helpful in regards to what scenario first, was connsdiering the balkan league
