I love this concept!!! Time goes to quickly. The player needs to be able to pause the game to read all information. also it would be nice if you could right click on a drug or any of the selections and get info about it so you don't have to look it up on a different resource....

I have a few Issues with this case, the main one being I administered Morphine on patient arrival based on initial summary however this classified as Improper care + Neglect, An X-ray of the Elbow and Ulna/Radius also falls under Improper care + Neglect however with the information derived from the PEx. and Hx. it seemed rather appropriate to check for subluxation....

I think developers should make 2 levels of difficulty: One for "doctors" and another for the rest of humanity that like those kind of games(thinking ,puzzles games). I work in wellness industry I have only the basic knowledge of healthcare. I love the game but I have no idea the protocol I should follow. Would be nice if could another path be developed with step by step guiding what should we do , and on time more cases open with more diseases and new protocols. You could gain a bunch of followers. Not eve...

The concept is really nice and the options of treatment are wide, however, a little debriefing with feedback on where to improve would be great, and could deliver actual learning to whoever interested.

For some reason the lethargic girl with unstable SVT isn't responding to electrical and chemical cardioversion. I shocked her like, five times and the rhythm didn't change. Has anyone else had this difficult patient? If so, what am I missing?
