Does anyone know the unlock requirements for these two achievements? Can't figure them out.

In the plot of the dialogue with the goblin, I chose "the puzzle is very good", so much so that the goblin held a grudge against me and even tried to kill me with the "giant blin" in the sewer. As a result, I can't get the two letters from the Goblin Forest, and I can't get the sewer items. Is there a solution, please? Or can I only open a new one? This file is just short of collecting the last few items....

im stuck at pesto whining on and on for some reason and im unable to open the door right when you get to goblin cobblin. the quest tells you to calm down pesto, after spending ages trying to do a puzzles that doesnt exist and even waiting to see if she would ever stop crying, i gave up and looked online. the lever is broken for me, reloading the game doesnt fix anything. only 11 minutes but it feels like ages...

Hi ! I completed the game almost entirely, the only thing that prevent me to reach 100% is the puzzle to open the gate that keeps me to get the 2 letters in Erica's Lair (the furnace). How do you manage to get a limb in such a high place were throwing don't even works that high ? I tried to jump and throw, I tried to look for a secret passage, but nothing works... It makes me crazy not to open that gate ! Thanks for your help...

They just keep running away from me. Is there something i will get later on or what?
