"I've got this!" Achievement help
I've been trying for ages to get this achievement, i've been throwing the knife forward then turning back, hopefully getting it in the face, the I've been dropping it down from high places, but still no luck.

What's the best way to get this achievement?

Same issue here. I've thrown it to the point where I've clearly caught it with my face, yet it wouldn't unlock.
