What triggers Adam PLEASE HELP
I'm a little wimp. Just gonna get that out of the way. Because of this, I have not completed Adam in either games, and that wasn't a problem in the 1st game because nothing happens after Adam. However, in BC2, there is a lot of content that I would be skipping if I just don't play Adam. I know how to open the elevator without killing Adam by using one of the normal Supervisors head by the grinder, but if I even see those red flashing lights come on for even a millisecond, im outta there. I was wondering what triggers Adam so that I could avoid it long enough to get the secret exit. At first I thought it was putting the light bulb in the socket next to the light bulb maker, but a panic freeze proved that wrong.

Getting the light bulbs from the machine. Also what secret exit? Do you mean getting the supervisor head?

Im going to have to explore the Adam level for that "secret" exit to see if it helps speedrunning.

Yes. The secret exit is just getting the supervisor head from the grinder and using it on the elevator. Thank you for telling me. So now I know that I can go back into fabrications with little fear

Yo you speed run BC2? Do you stream? I would love to watch! Also, how do you speed run the difficult "wire" boss at the end?

Ok so I just tried to do this. How on earth do you do this?!?! Do you have to catch it midair? Or activate the platform as soon as it falls.

Nope, you just activate the bridge as scrap showers down. If what you need doesn't happen to land on the bridge or nearby, it's not a big deal. Open the bridge and wait for more scrap to fall, then try again. It's random just what all comes out in any given batch, and more will keep raining down periodically if you're patient.

Sorry for not seeing this sooner but yeah i speedrun it. I personaly catch the head mid air. but you have to portal down from the elavator quickly before they all get grinded to do it like that.

You can skip so many sections of the game by just sticking you hand through a wall. Its really funny.

In your video you had activated Adam before leaving. Is this necessary? Or can you get on the elevator without activating him?

in the control room, make a light bulb and then put the new lightbulb in the lightbulb socket next to the other lightbulb, ive never done this because adam is scary af, but i recommend putting light bulbs down first near the grinder and stuff to lure adam into the grinder, then you make adam come down the elevator.
