WE NEED A CLEAN SLATE

no mater how many accounts i try to make every time i go to log in it says error:incorrect password or username

Nothing i do will allow me to connect. What gives

I used to like the "MUD-like but with a simple GUI" aestetic of the game but I obviously stopped playing it quite early, since it's a p2w piece of crap. Any recommendation of a similar game? Thanks.

There are many questions to the game, but is it possible to reset characters or delete accounts? I dropped certain soulbound items that I shouldn't have dropped, and I want to know if I can reset my character without creating a new account.
