I don't recall if he's top tier or anything but my favorite DLC character to play is Yamato. I like using Storm and Stress with other Burst boosting skills and all his icy specials.

nope best character isnt even dlc whitebeard

but my favourite out of the dlc characters might be shanks or garp

There are a lot fun to play characters but just by performance it is clearly Roger, he have the highest possible damage output with a very big range.
The best performance test is the "true pirate King" with all level 30 enemies with extra buffed bosses, if you don't trust me try it yourself Roger outperformed any other character.

Hmm than I have to double check my Ace build. On highest difficulty I need Solo 20 Minutes and 35 Seconds with Ace and 11 Minutes and 44 Seconds with Roger

for me Ace and Roger.

favorite char in the series and F bandai for hiding Roger behind a pay wall, not giving them more then needed.

yamato is my favourite character to use in this game , i think she is as strong as roger (maybe a bit weaker)

yamato is nice but has kinda slow animations on specials whaat makes timed missions kinda annoying.
