Missing characters and sandbox mode I would like to hear your opinion on two points.

It's great that there are new characters, but why are some missing from Pirate Warriors 3?

Where are Kuma and Gecko Moria? Even the old Garp is gone. The Marines only have 6 characters. There are also still so many characters missing that weren't playable in the third game, like Sentomaru. Even now there are characters that appear in the game but aren't playable. Like Diamante or Jack.

I'm wondering if that's a question of inability or unwillingness?

And why are characters simply being deleted? What do you think?

And what I missed in the third part and isn't there again now is a sandbox mode. I think it's a shame that you can't just design your own fight. Where you choose the map, opponents, allies and off you go.

It's quite nice when they offer you several pre-made rounds where you can fight. But it would be even better if you could design it yourself.
Especially when these pre-made rounds often just seem silly. "Hey, help Chopper and Carrote get the cotton candy from the Big Mom Pirates" or "The swordsmen against the fist fighters, who wins." What is that supposed to be?
And where in the third game you are at least allowed to choose a side in some battles, here you are just thrown in and allies are simply forced on you.
I think it's a shame that the gamer hardly ever has a chance to really play as a faction. There is just one pre-made map where you can play as Big Mom Pirates and only a few where you play the Marines.
And when you play a round like that, these annoying events appear that you can't turn off. Where at the end you are forced to have some allies that you may not even want.
Yeah, who doesn't know, Straw Hat Pirates who join Big Mom or Ace who fights side by side with the Marines. Pirate Warriors 4 is, for me, once again a game where some things have been improved, but many things have been forgotten or ignored.

I'll allow myself to ask the question. Was it so difficult to add a sandbox mode?

Or are the events optional? I can choose the music, but not whether I want events in my round. Events sometimes repeat themselves really often. I cant see Mr 2 anymore.
